The Defense Venture Catalyst Initiative (DeVenCI) focuses on increasing Department of Defense (DoD) awareness of emerging commercial technologies developed by non-traditional DoD procurement sources, and on increasing the awareness of DoD needs and requirements within these sources. One area of focus has been the Critical Information Technology Sector (CIT).
