The Information Technology (IT) Schedule 70 was established by GSA to assist federal government agencies with their procurement of IT products, services, and solutions as needed to meet their agency IT missions.[1]

This Multiple Award Schedule grants agencies direct access to the commercial experts who can thoroughly address the needs of the government IT community through 14 Special Item Numbers (SINs).

State and Local Governments
Schedule 70 isn't just limited to the federal government. State and Local Governments can purchase from Schedule 70 too. Section 211 of the E-Government Act of 2002, authorized the Cooperative Purchasing Program which allows state and local government agencies to purchase many IT product and service items from this schedule.
Contract Clauses
There are multiple clauses. Vendors need to bring themselves into compliance with these clauses.
